About the position...
This position will be responsible for working with the IT Director, Network Systems Administrator, and Yardi Systems Administrator to troubleshoot and maintain computer systems, running diagnostics, repairing computer hardware, and providing technical support to company employees. This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Harrisburg, PA and will provide the opportunity for hands on experience in an active work, high-paced work environment.
- Adheres to and enforces computer and network security policies.
- Responsible for Personal Computers and completes PC Documentation
- Monitors and analyzes capacities and performance
- Installs system updates
- Provides technical support to end users and identifies/troubleshoots problems
- Maintains and supports PC hardware, software, and client applications software.
- Configures, tests, implements, and performs maintenance on PCs and peripherals.
- Documents all issues within the current ticketing system.
- Provides basic to moderate software and hardware technical support and consultation to TCC end users.
- Assists in the maintenance of all internet services for the corporate office and external remote offices.
- Assists and performs maintenance on computer equipment and office equipment installation and removal for all TCC locations.
- Assists in maintaining and managing the company’s Yardi system to support the Property Management and Construction Divisions.
- Assists in providing technical support and troubleshooting for all Yardi programs working with end users to quickly resolve basic issues.
