About the position...
The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for the overall general administration and function of the Enclave community located in Harrisburg.
- Ensure all move-in/move-out inspections are performed, and dispositions are submitted to the corporate office in a timely manner.
- Supervise and communicate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure physical property is kept in good condition.
- Responsible for development, execution and reporting of annual budget(s) and monitoring expenditures closely.
- Represents TCC in any Home Owner’s Associations and attends meetings, etc.
- Assist in any and all special projects pertaining to property.
- Coordinates resident events – planning, preparing, and executing them on a consistent and regular basis within budgeted guidelines.
- Completes annual training to ensure proper compliance with state and federal policies, fair housing, and continued educated for credentials and/or PA Real Estate License.
- All other duties as assigned to ensure an effective and efficient work environment.
- Supervises leasing agents and administrative staff.
