Legal Trial Technology Specialist
ORGANIZATION : Top-Ranked IP Law Firm
LOCATION : Washington, DC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate the delivery of services to case teams
- Serve as main point of contact for all IT questions, concerns and needs during trials
- Utilize audio and visual equipment to display courtroom graphics and exhibits
- Maintain and update knowledge databases
- Investigate and develop trial support best practices
- Advise case teams on implementing trial best practices
- Work closely with eDiscovery team and other IT personnel to test and implement trial technology software
- Assist with trial equipment and supply room inventory
- Frequent travel to support legal proceedings
- Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- 3 years of litigation and trial technology support in a law firm or professional services environment required
- Working knowledge of Help Desk software and knowledgebase
- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates close attention to detail
