What You'll Be Doing (No Spider-Sense Required)

As an Estimator, you’ll:

• Examine vehicle damage: Think of it like solving a mystery—inspecting everything from doors to fenders, figuring out what’s broken, and deciding how to fix it.
• Provide accurate repair estimates: You’ll calculate the cost of parts and labor (and no, you don’t need Tony Stark-level math skills, just some solid knowledge). Plus, you’ll negotiate with insurance companies like you’re dealing with J. Jonah Jameson.
• Communicate with customers: Be their friendly neighborhood Estimator! Break down what needs to be fixed and how much it’ll cost—no webs, just honesty.
• Prepare and track repair orders: Enter repair details into our system and keep track of everything—because heroes never leave a job half-done.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1-3 years of experience in the collision repair world (so, you know your way around a shop).
• A sharp eye for detail (like spotting a villain sneaking around a corner).
• Strong negotiation skills—whether you’re talking to insurance adjusters or customers, you’ve got it handled.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly (and, on heroic days, over 70 pounds).
• Agility to crouch, crawl, and climb when needed. Bonus if you can do it upside down, but hey, that’s my thing.
