What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician position at TriSource?
TriSource is actively seeking a clinician to join the team at a women's residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Both licensed and unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
Monday-Friday day time hours! No weekends!
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performs triage of referrals, intakes, client assessments and diagnostic interviews; conducts mental health and substance use disorder assessments and monitors level of functioning.
- Manages all clinical needs of clients on assigned shift.
- Assists client in identifying self-determined goals and jointly prepare individualized service plan.
- Develops and facilitates psycho-educational groups; provides individual, family and group counseling; implements treatment plans; coordinates daily treatment schedule.
- Provides crisis intervention and prevention services to individuals and families.
- Provides direct shift supervision of direct care staff in absence of supervisors and manager.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related field from an accredited college with a least one year experience working with the seriously mentally ill.
- Substance abuse experience preferred
- Valid Virginia Drivers License
- Clean background check and drug test
Payrate starting at $57,000. Higher rate dependent on experience and licensure
Salary : $57,000
