- Assist in supporting EMS and SCADA applications used to monitor and control the electric grid
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalate when needed, and document resolutions
- Support interface configurations with enterprise systems like OSI PI, ESB, and APIs
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Help update and maintain HMI screens and support SCADA point database management
- Contribute to the team’s NERC-CIP compliance and change management efforts using tools like ServiceNow
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with EMS/SCADA systems, ideally in a utility or energy-focused environment
- Familiarity with ICCP, RTUs, or real-time data broadcasting
- Basic scripting knowledge (eg, Python, PowerShell, or Linux shell scripting)
- Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
- Exposure to XA-21, OSIsoft PI, or other EMS-related tools
- Familiarity with regulated environments (eg, NERC-CIP)
- Some experience building or editing HMI screens or working with SCADA databases
- Understanding of tools like ServiceNow, OATI Web applications, or Meinbergs/Digi devices
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Relevant coursework or certifications in EMS/SCADA, control systems, or networking are a plus

- Competitive Salary – $68,000 – $79,000 annually, based on experience
