What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Representative position at Tristate Financial Network?
We are actively hiring the right people who have strong relationship buliding and communication, sales and marketing backgrounds.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate marketing resources for prospective agents
- Meet with clients and help them enroll into financial products
- Call prospective clients that have asked for help and schedule appointments - no cold calling
- Be willing to get an insurance license (we walk you through this process)
- Contact candidates and schedule Interviews with potential agents
- Conduct interviews and follow-up meetings with potential agents
- Assist with agent contracting and licensing requirements
- Guide new agents through the training and launch process
- Supporting new and existing agents in our salesforce
