Job Title : Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Reports to : Claims Supervisor
Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the administrative functions and processes related to the day-to-day operations of the Claims Department. This position also includes working closely with the Claims Adjusters on works task and Claims Supervisor on general administrative assignments as directed.
Primary Responsibilities include :
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
Provides claim information to caller
Enter claim information into the claims handling system
Communicates with insured, agents and claimants
Maintain a friendly, professional and welcoming attitude toward the caller
Qualifications
High School Diploma required : some college a plus
Prior insurance industry experience a plus
Excellent phone & customer service skills
High level of professionalism
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task is a must
Work Environment

This is a full-time and part time positions, desk-based position out of our West Palm Beach office location.
