Triton Construction was founded upon quality, experience, impeccable references, and best-of-class staffing and services. We are currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team.    

The Proposal Coordinator will be primarily responsible for updating and upgrading the Company’s library of Marketing information including project data sheets, resumes, references, etc.  Assist in optimizing marketing materials and offline/online computer assets as required to produce exceptional proposals. Be part of the team responsible for driving the RFQ and RFP process from analysis of requirements to planning and production of final, winning product.

Job description

Triton Construction Company is looking for a long-term, full-time, career-oriented team player to fill the position of Proposal Coordinator. The candidate will be expected to update and develop content, and curate proposals and presentations, to reflect Triton’s distinguishing features and differentiators. This individual should be detail oriented, focused, creative, competitive and is expected to be a key component in the Company’s continued growth and development. The candidate should have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. There will be ample opportunities for promotion and compensation commensurate with experience and performance. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Construction Management, Architectural Design Services, Engineering Services, and/or a working knowledge of related industries. Candidates will be screened for InDesign proficiency and excellent writing skills as these are essential to create new content, structure and convey serious, multi-million-dollar proposals to high-end clients. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a predisposition to interpersonal skills associated with Sales and Marketing, which include but are not limited to organizational skills, pride of work product, the ability to work under pressure, written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.

Required Experience:

· Continuously update and upgrade the Company’s library of Proposal information including project data sheets, resumes, references, etc.

· Assist in optimizing marketing materials and offline/online computer assets as required to produce exceptional proposals.

· Be part of the team responsible for driving the RFQ and RFP process from analysis of requirements to planning and production of final, winning product.

· Manage the proposal production process to deliver the finished product to the client by the stipulated deadline.

· Coordinate and manage professionals who are tasked with the production of technical materials required to properly respond to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s).

· Focus on special requirements and strategies to win work in competition with others. Promote Triton branding, strengths, and values.

· Maintain consistency of Triton culture, messaging, marketing, and branding materials.

· Assist in maintaining and updating Triton’s website and social media presence by creating content.

· Identify and provide strategic impact to pursue sales opportunities and manage the GO/NO-GO process

· Represent the firm externally at appropriate industry events, conventions, trade shows, etc. Coordinate and organize Triton representation and attendance. Equip Triton’s booth with presentation materials and giveaways. Organize client activities (dinners, etc.).

Important Skill Sets:

Technically savvy and familiar with relevant computer technologies (InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Box, Dropbox, etc.).

· Strong graphic design and layout skills.

· Advanced writing capabilities.

· Construction Management related experience.

· High-end proposal generation experience. Uphold the best of proposal standards: Critical appreciation of presentation commensurate with Triton excellence, visual impact and quality throughout our sales and marketing materials. Perfectionist attitude.

· Use of cutting-edge sales enhancement tools.

· Website, Data Base, and File Management skills.

· Able to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.

· Detail oriented.

· Goal oriented.

· Strong work and personal ethics.

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency, and ownership of work.

· Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines.

· Extremely meticulous with strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

· Communication and analytical skills.

· 3-5 years’ experience.

 

Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Journalism, English or related field.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Working Conditions

·         Standard Office Environment: 10% of time

·         Field Environment: 90% of time

·         Travel Required: Negligible

·         Exposure to Chemicals: Potential for some while on site

·         Exposure to Loud Noises: Some while on site
