Showroom Sales Rep
Triton Stone Group, one of the nation’s largest natural stone and tile importers with 22 design showrooms across the southeast, has seen tremendous growth since 2004, by providing the highest quality products with a commitment to service and customer’s-first attitude.
Showroom Sales Rep Job Responsibilities :
- Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet customers, vendors and other visitors.
- Receive transfers - counts with warehouse, receiving correct material, binning properly
- Invoicing - daily trucks, counts with drivers, confirming correct material
- Input client details into Customer Record Management System ensuring accuracy
- Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up.
- Sort and distribute incoming / outgoing mail and packages .
- Assist clients during peak business hours
- Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.
