What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to maintain an efficient and smooth-running department.
• Accurately document customer concerns, service needs, and recommended repairs.
• Provide detailed cost and time estimates for repairs.
• Review service history and explain repairs to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Test-ride motorcycles to verify repairs when necessary.
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow-up service appointments.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to build strong dealership relationships.
• Efficiently utilize our dealership’s service and parts management software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Motorcycle service experience required (powersports or dealership experience preferred).
• Must be a motorcycle enthusiast—riding experience is required!
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license.
