Build, test, deploy CRM; provide ongoing tech support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and configure CRM modules and APIs
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues post go-live
- Support enhancements and documentation
Required Skills:
- CRM platform development (Siebel, Salesforce, or Dynamics)
- Customizations, scripting, workflows, and API development
- SQL and PL/SQL skills for backend data operations
- DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM testing tools and methodologies
- Experience integrating customer service channels (chat, IVR, mobile, etc.)
- Ability to work closely with QA and business users
