What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Assist users with software installation, configuration, and updates
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and document issues and resolutions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Set up and configure new employee workstations
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and software deployments
- Manage and support SharePoint sites, including permissions, document libraries, and workflows
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues
