The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all California locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
Essential Functions:
- Manage on-site field crews to ensure the successful installation of project components
- Participate in and manage the final inspection with the customer and/or Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure project was completed up to code and according to the client contract
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, the project workplan reflects accurate status of work and a resolution is entered into the appropriate project ticket
- Adhere to all workplace safety expectations, regulations, standards and practices
- Possess knowledge of security, nurse call and fire life safety systems, including but not limited to EST3, Lenel, and Ascom
- Program and troubleshoot fire life safety, security and nurse call systems
- Train technicians on industry principals and standards as well as ensure the team understands all products installed within their division
- 8 years in construction and/or low voltage installation
- 5 years installing low voltage in the Healthcare facilities (i.e. hospitals, nursing homes, treatment centers, etc.)
- 4 years in a leadership role
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be able to get the required vaccinations and immunizations needed to work in healthcare facilities
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed).
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
- Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50 pounds daily
- Drive for 2 hours in a work shift/day
- You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations. Confined spaces may occasionally be required.
- Work is performed in hospitals and other medical facilities with patient contact.
