NOW HIRING MANAGEMENT FOR A BRAND NEW TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE IN SARALAND
Members of the management team are responsible for leading the Front and Back of House operations. You will spend significant time performing managerial duties, as well as some back of house cooking functions.
Key Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Crew Members to ensure the café is staffed at the appropriate level
- Manage, train and discipline restaurant team members and lower management
- Ensure excellent guest experience, all around safety, and product quality
- Assist higher managers in driving catering and sales
- Hit operational and sales goals while operating within brand standards
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe
- Successfully complete Cafe Basics, Certified Trainer, and Crew Leader Training Programs
- Manage and delegate daily functions of the café including preparing product, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Leading marketing and promotional campaign by executing marketing and sales programs guidelines.
- Manage Labor to ensure proper staffing levels to meet the budget and sales strategy
- Manage Inventory
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
▪2 years of FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
