Job Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing beverage service operations in accordance with policies, budgets, procedures, and CHAB requirements.
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and termination of staff.
- Manages the operations of all service bars, restaurant bars, and lounges.
- Ensures guest satisfaction is met, including handling customer disputes.
- Manages liquor storeroom including ordering and rotation of stock.
- Works with Entertainment and Nightlife to coordinate lounge entertainment schedules.
- Responsible for ensuring the Family Style Service is carried out by staff.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive supervisory experience in hotel/restaurant operation.
- Skilled in beverage administration and cost control.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
