Yearly Salary $(depending on experience) plus commissions

Responsibilities :

• This position drives sales objectives in existing customer base and will expand opportunities to a new network of distributors and partners
• Prospect engage increase existing market base
• Execute sales strategies created by sales managers to achieve and surpass sales targets in HVAC distribution
• Identify and engage with potential partners in industrial distribution and end user sales : devise strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Focus on various geographical including Canada promote distributors to engage in our portfolio offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams
• Manage sales forecasting budgeting and reporting ensuring accurate analysis of sales performance
• Foster relationships with clients and distributors to promote trust and a positive rapport
• Stay informed of industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking
