Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission and strategic goals. The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Troup Cares Clinic. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Clinic. This includes implementing the Board directives, supervising staff and volunteers, and community outreach. The Executive Director is under the general supervision of Troup Cares, Inc.'s Board of Directors.
Duties
- Works with the Board and staff to fulfill Troup Cares, Inc.'s mission through programs, strategic planning, and community outreach.
- Leads the Clinic in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission and vision as defined by Troup Cares, Inc. Board of Directors.
- Ensures adherence to data management processes, patient charting requirements, and data reporting.
- Communicates effectively with the Board, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary to function properly and to make informed decisions.
- Assists the Board in developing diverse resources sufficient to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
- Assists the Board in grant applications and reporting requirements.
- Manages Clinic operations within the approved budget and ensures optimal resource utilization.
- Acts as Troup Cares, Inc.'s primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, partners, and the public.
- Establishes and maintains relationships and partnerships with medical professionals and various community and state organizations to enhance the success of Troup Cares Clinic.
- Leads the staff and volunteers to perform their duties with professionalism, excellence, integrity, and compassion.
- Works collaboratively with staff and other medical professionals to deliver high- quality care and services to the uninsured and underserved population of Troup County.
- Performs a variety of tasks, as needed
- Other duties that may arise or as assigned by the Board.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with medical experience in social services or medical management within a medical clinic, hospital, or other non-profit organization. Licensed Registered Nurse, BSN or higher, in the state of Georgia.
- Experience in Management.
- Must have a passion for working with vulnerable populations and limited resources.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team of volunteers, donors, and community members.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within groups.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of judgement in making decisions and setting priorities.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, especially in situations that require patience and diplomacy.
- Possess the ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Grant writing experience considered a plus.
- Technology skills that include proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, online meetings, managing reports, and updating websites.
Salary and benefits will be discussed based on experience and hours of employment.

Pay: $58,849.00 - $62,029.00 per year
