Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) across the district.
- Lead the district in developing and maintaining prevention and intervention strategies.
- Supervise the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
- Collaborate with district leaders, educators, and staff to ensure effective implementation of programs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of prevention and intervention programs and adjust as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid Georgia Certificate with L-5, 6 or higher, or eligibility for proper leadership certification from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
- Five years of successful teaching experience or three full years of school administrative experience, with principal experience preferred.
Work Environment:
The job requires sitting for 60%, walking for 40%, lifting/carrying for 10%, and standing for 40% of the time. Daily attendance and punctuality are also required.
