Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amenia, NY for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a range of HR functions including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and administration, handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment. The role requires maintaining compliance with employment laws and ensuring that HR practices are aligned with the goals and values of Troutbeck.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
