Summary:
Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process. Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Data entry into contract database. Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role:
Purpose of the Team: Supports clients Product Support Services sellers and deal owners from deal setup and contract creation to contract processing including: facilitation of deal reviews, approvals and signatory requirements.
Key projects: Deliver services following defined work instructions with high quality and within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. .
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 70% transactional contract work, 10% meetings. 20% calls/misc.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.
- experience with federal government on the SELL side (working with contracting agencies with the federal government.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
