Position: Summer Preschool Coordinator
Location: Troy Preschool
Reports to: Early Childhood Director
Salary: $30.00/hour (June-August 8:00 AM-3:00 PM)

Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate
- Previous experience in school programming planning/coordination preferred
- Must meet the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs requirements for Child Care Preschool
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood preferred
- Experience using the HighScope curriculum preferred
- Demonstrate aptitude and competence for assigned duties and tasks
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills required
- CPR and First Aid required
- Strong organizational skills and satisfactory work record required, Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
- Enthusiastic personality and evidence of initiative
- Other duties as assigned
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of summer preschool (instruction, student support, staffing, supplies)
- Maintain compliance with LARA requirements
- Communication with families as needed
