Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the construction or pavement marking industry, with at least 3 years in an estimator, project manager, or leadership role
- Proven experience building and managing customer relationships with a focus on high-quality service and trust
- Strong estimating skills, with experience in construction or pavement marking projects
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a team toward high performance
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT requirements, and safety best practices in construction or roadwork environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience in pavement marking or road construction
- Familiarity with estimating software and scheduling tools
