- Develop and maintain project schedules for upcoming and active construction projects
- Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions
- Assist in the planning, development, and tracking of overall project schedules, including updates, progress reporting, and problem analysis
- Coordinate with project teams to allocate time and resources efficiently and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Monitor project progress monthly against the established baseline schedule and identify deviations
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate potential schedule risks and developing contingency plans
