Position Overview:
Tru by Hilton Sumter is seeking two dependable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our team. This role is for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), with the possibility of flexibility between shifts as needed. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience is not required but preferred. Bilingual is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with various front desk operations, including reservations and payments.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Be flexible and adaptable to work different shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Dependability is a must; reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-starter.
