Job Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing staff and ensure clients receive the exceptional care they deserve. If you have a love for empowering lives and a strong background in infection control practices, this is your opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient intake assessments and periodic supervisory visits.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing support, guidance, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with medication protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Teach on topics like medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Create strong relationships with clients and families through effective communication and health education.
Requirements:
- Current RN License (Required)
- Strong Knowledge of long-term care practices, medical terminology, infection control, and physiology.
- Familiarity with HIPAA for patient confidentiality.
- English Fluency (Required)
Schedule & Hours:
- Flexible Scheduling to meet your needs
- Expected Hours: 2–20 hours per week
- Location Info:This position requires commute capabilities to Rocky Mount, NC, and surrounding counties within our service area: Wilson, Nash, Edgecombe, Pitt, Wake, Martin, and Halifax.
