Business Intelligence Analyst

TruChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to work in their South Portland office to provide advanced data analysis and reporting and ensure data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.

Requirements of the Business Intelligence Analyst:

• A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of Business Intelligence Analysis experience.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with team as well as non-technical users.
• Ability to work onsite in South Portland, Maine and ability to travel independently to branches throughout Southern Maine as needed.

Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint to support leadership in achieving their strategic objectives.
• Work with team members to identify data needs, gather requirements, and provide technical expertise on data solutions.
• Provide training and resources to empower staff in utilizing data tools effectively; create and maintain documentation for reports and systems.
• Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems, and adhere to TruChoice’s data governance policies.
• Support integration and alignment of data across Microsoft 365 and other third-party platforms.
• Enhance efficiency through data automation and advanced analytics techniques.
• Maintain and troubleshoot TruChoice’s core banking system and integrated systems, coordinates testing for product development, upgrades and new releases.
