As a Branch Manager at Truck Equipment, you would:
- Assist in interviewing and hiring, and training of new employees
- Provide customers with and internally advise on estimates
- Assist customers with questions over the phone and in person
- Ensuring ordered products meet customers’ standards
- Direct and assign jobs to sales representatives
- Coach, train, and assist employees
- Monitor inventory and complete cycle counts
- Maintains a clean and safe branch environment
- Orchestrate communication and workflows between the branch and other departments/locations
Ideally, you will:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with medium and heavy duty parts
- Maintain high level of integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Flexible and team orientated
