We are a fast-growing home care agency that is committed to providing exceptional care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager/Administrator to lead our administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise administrative staff, including Staffers, scheduling coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the hiring and training of administrative staff, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Manage scheduling for caregivers and clients, ensuring that shifts are filled and clients receive the care they need.
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administration, with prior experience in a home care setting a must.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and other staff members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes preferred.
