IT Help Desk / Junior Data Analyst (Entry Level)

This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office position that combines IT Help Desk responsibilities with Junior Data Analyst tasks. What You’ll Do:
As part of the IT Help Desk team:

• Provide first-line support to internal users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining IT equipment, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in our support system.

As a Junior Data Analyst:

• Support data entry, cleaning, and basic reporting efforts.
• Assist in generating insights through spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Learn to work with databases (MySQL), Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
• Apply data best practices in accuracy, structure, and security.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MySQL or other databases.
• Quick learner with a naturally curious, proactive mindset.
• Strong responsiveness to questions, technical issues, and support needs.
• Experience with:
• USB devices like barcode scanners, webcams, and scales.
• Windows or Linux servers (physical and virtual).
• Working in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• SharePoint or other collaboration platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
