True North Holdings is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales and Marketing to lead revenue-generating initiatives across all business units. The SVP will develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategies, building high-performing teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Revenue Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all business units. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and accountability.
• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Oversee the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and support business objectives.
• B2B Sales Focus: Utilize expertise in business-to-business (B2B) service-based sales to identify opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and expand market presence.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead top-tier sales and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business unit leaders to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with operational capabilities and company goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and refine strategies to maximize growth.
• Market Expansion: Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities, and create strategies to capture market share.
