The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for AR transactions and clerical duties including providing day-to-day support to the accounting department.
- Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collect and reconcile credit card statements.
- Maintain vendor records.
- Prepare monthly billing and reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Monitor team emails and inquiries.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist with vendor setup and credit applications.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Accounting Assistant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of accounting and administrative experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
