Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Corporate Controller. This company is looking for someone with 5 years of experience, organized, and has excellent leadership skills. This company provides a highly tenured team, collaborative culture, and flexibility. This position is onsite.
The salary for this job is $90k - $105k.
The Corporate Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Day-to-day management of accounting operations, including AP and AR.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes.
The Corporate Controller will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent people management skills with experience mentoring and setting direction.
- Background in manufacturing, with 5 years of experience as a Controller or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
