Overview
The IT specialist will play an instrumental role in supporting all Trumark employees. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in IT support-related roles and be willing to learn and grow as Trumark expands.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure, the IT Specialist will be part of a growing team that primarily supports the technology needs of our Colorado office but will also assist with other Divisions support needs. Day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to requests for support, onboarding new employees by preparing accounts and hardware, and assisting the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure with a variety of projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iOS), ensuring proper integration into existing corporate infrastructure.
- Assist in administering 350 computers in an Active Directory environment.
- Evaluate and install new software releases, system updates, and patches.
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues by responding to phone calls, email, and in-person requests.
- Document all issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Be an application specialist in key business operation software and systems.
- Document procedures for utilization of the key company software applications based on best business practices and company-approved processes.
- Assist in helping train staff in computer and application usage.
- Install, configure, administer, troubleshoot and maintain all hardware and software, necessary to meet our business goals.
- Set up and maintain A/V equipment including TVs and video conferencing equipment.
- Set up, configure, and support basic internal networking. Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications to identify and correct issues and operational problems.
- Assist in managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and business critical server-based and cloud-based applications.
- Keep current on technology and systems advances and implementation trends.
- Travel to other Division locations to provide on-site support as needed.
- Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure
- This position is primarily on-site at our Greenwood Village, CO location.
- Minimum 5 years of experience IT Support or Service Desk related roles.
- Overnight travel out of state is periodically required.
- Easy access to a vehicle for local travel is periodically required.
- Certifications are a plus (CompTia, Microsoft, etc).
- Experience deploying, supporting, or maintaining several of the following technologies:
- Microsoft 365 stack including MS Teams and SharePoint
- Azure Active Directory
- On Prem Active Directory
- Ubiquiti wireless equipment
- Meraki networking equipment
- Ring Central phone system
- Cradlepoint 4g/5g devices
- iOS based mobile devices
- Analytical skills; attention to detail
- Organization Skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
