What you'll do...
The Events Planner Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and corporate culture by designing and managing company-wide events, including networking functions, employee appreciation activities, holiday celebrations, and team-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to execute high-quality experiences that align with Trust’s mission and values.
Day to day you’ll …
- Lead the Quality-of-Life Committee in planning and executing all corporate events.
- Develop and manage an annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, guest management, and program development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning.
- Gather feedback and assess event success to continuously improve future experiences.
- Promote employee participation and engagement through creative and meaningful events.

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply.
