Trust Family Auto Sales is seeking a high-energy Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant to partner with Brian Trust, the visionary leader behind our multiple car lots, the unique bar 'Pour Decisions', and the uplifting podcast 'You're Beautiful'. At Trust Family Auto Sales, we pride ourselves on creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while providing service and community to our customers since 2005 Our entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond car sales, with Brian Trust also running a bar on 204 State St, Alton, IL, and hosting a podcast that aims to strengthen relationships with Jesus. We believe in helping others and expanding our reach in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Do:
- Social Media Management: Update and maintain our businesses' online presence across platforms, including daily posts and engagement strategies for Trust Family Auto Sales, 'Pour Decisions', and 'You're Beautiful Podcast'.
- Podcast Management: Ensure the ‘You're Beautiful’ podcast runs smoothly by coordinating with guests, updating our website with episodes, and creating visually appealing content to highlight each guest.
- Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging video clips for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube using Premiere Pro, bringing our stories and messages to life.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update the websites for 'Pour Decisions', Trust Merch, and the ‘You're Beautiful’ podcast, ensuring fresh content weekly, including photos and guest information.
- Flexible Collaboration: Work closely with Brian, adapting to his entrepreneurial vision through your creativity and proactive approach, co-hosting the podcast without a script, and fostering organic discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Social Media Savviness: You know how to connect with audiences and build communities online.
- Video Editing Skills: Experience with Premiere Pro to enhance our content visually.
- Strong Communication: Comfortable engaging with diverse guests, both in writing and in conversation.
- Self-Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to have complete creative control.
- Understanding of Religion: A familiarity with or openness to discussing Christian themes on the podcast, fostering an inclusive and respectful dialogue.
