Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Regional Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! This pivotal role will focus on ensuring the highest quality of nursing care across our regions, leading clinical teams, and driving excellence in service delivery for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability: Provide leadership, mentorship, and management to our current field staff, ensuring a positive and accountable work environment.
- Clinical Quality and Compliance Assurance: Assist with the development and execution of nursing services and policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Patient and Employee Satisfaction: Engage in hands-on care as needed, perform direct patient care, manage on-call rotations, and address and resolve patient and employee concerns.
- Clinical Patient Acquisition and Business Development: Oversee clinical operations, support onboarding of new patients, assist with developing care plans, and ensure comprehensive assessments.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration & Team Building: Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to guide the overall clinical direction across Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, fostering strong team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensing: Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact License is acceptable).
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of nursing experience required, with at least 4 years in home health, nursing leadership, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of home health services, regulations, and standards. Familiarity with Department of Labor regulations is a plus.
Additional Information:
- This position requires 25-35% travel to our locations across Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.

- Compensation: Base salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience).
