Overview :
The Project Analyst is charged with assisting a Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and / or Program Manager in leading complex technical projects that have been scoped and approved through the Banks project initiation process. This role is a very important support role to the overall program and assists with project status reporting, issues / risk tracking, action items coordination, and other project administrative needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provides Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Program Manager with day-to-day support and assistance for a major project / program / strategic initiative
- Facilitates the creation and maintenance of all projects related PMO artifacts and deliverables (project status reports, issues list, action items, meeting minutes, etc.)
- Provides ongoing project status tracking for reporting to both project stakeholders and senior management
- Provide a leading or participatory role in development of business requirements, scopes of work, etc.
- Assists the Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and / or Program Manager with management of third-party vendors and service providers within the scope of a project to ensure proper coordination and execution between Bank resources and outside resources
- Demonstrates working knowledge of and adheres to Trustmarks project management standards and processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
