JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a temporary part-time Phlebotomist to work out of the Truvian Headquarters in San Diego, California, from January to March 2025.
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company.

Work Schedule: We expect ~30 hours weekly: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
A rotational Saturday may be included in this role and flexible hours from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- The ideal candidate will have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator within the medical device/biotech industry, including conducting participant informed consent.
- Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician I certificate from California Department of Public Health
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist (at least 1 year)
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Hourly Range
$24.00 to $30.00

- This range considers the factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Offers are determined based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience.
- Placement within the compensation range is determined by internal equity and relevant qualifications.
