JOB SUMMARY :
A key role in the IT operations team, responsible for delivering a modern, efficient, and stable IT workplace for internal customers. This position collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure operational excellence.
A successful candidate should be, a strong communicator, quick learner, and able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. Have advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a broad IT knowledge base.
Must be willing to work on-call, including nights and holidays.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas :
Continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Research and adoption of new IT technologies to enhance productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong English speaking and communication skills. (Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required)
Flexibility to work on-call including nights and holidays.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with equivalent practical experience.
Industry certifications, such as VMware, RHCE, or Microsoft MCSA / MCSE, are preferred.
