What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Director (Corporate Tax) position at TSNpartners?

Responsibilities :

Tax Planning & Strategy : Develop and implement global tax strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
Research and analyze the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on the company's tax position.
Proactively identify and evaluate tax planning opportunities across various jurisdictions.
M&A & Restructuring : Provide tax due diligence and structuring advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings.
Tax Compliance & Risk Management :

Manage and assist with annual global cash tax forecasting.

Respond to tax audit inquiries from foreign tax authorities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

REIT Compliance : Manage and assist with quarterly REIT testing to maintain REIT status.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

Mentor and guide junior tax professionals.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development.

Required Qualifications :

10 years of experience in corporate tax within a multinational company or public accounting firm.

CPA and / or Master of Laws in Taxation preferred.

Strong understanding of international tax principles, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credits.

Proven ability to research and analyze complex tax issues and develop creative solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $180,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
