Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy and our premium equipment.
  • Clarify financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing and warranties.
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the solar or related industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Proficiency in technology, enabling successful virtual sales presentations.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in solar or a related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Starting compensation of \(50 per proposal, with opportunities to increase up to \)100 based on performance.
  • M2 commission structure offering 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remainder at installation/PTO.
  • Flexible scheduling and the ability to sell virtually across 25 states, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
