Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Educate homeowners on the advantages of solar energy and our premium equipment.
  • Clearly explain financing alternatives, including power purchase agreements and leases.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding pricing and warranties.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in the solar or a related sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively.

  • Ability to engage with customers virtually in 25 states, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
  • A fast pay program for setters upon completion of proposal presentations, starting at \(50 per proposal with potential to increase to \)100 based on volume, along with an M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting and the remaining at installation/PTO.
