Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, including OpenTable.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Maintain guest relations by checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and service areas.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
