Purpose This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of systems and applications to ensure stability. Collaborates with Technical, Business, and Application Support Teams to resolve issues and ensure complete restoration. Uses SOPs to engage support and coordinate resolution of client impacting incidents. Essential Duties Will develop and administer multiple software packages involved in the analyzing of system and batch performance. Performs problem determination, analysis and executes corrective action. Creates and maintains various analytical reports utilized by both technical and business owners. Will need understanding of change management process, manage securing change approvals and maybe required to facilitate and or support production changes Provides updates and regular communication to internal customers and leads/facilitates meetings during active incidents. Assists with the administration and creation of business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments that determine processing performance for Senior and Executive Management. Will assists with developing and maintaining predictive modeling tools to enhance performance related to scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of production files.. Administers business processes by utilizing built-in tools to maintain data and spreadsheet reporting. Other Duties Will gathers data for trending, decisioning, and reporting to ensure smooth "go live" when new systems or processes are moved to production.
