Junior Project Manager - Construction
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Type of Work: On-Site
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Some Saturdays required based on operations)

Pay Rate: $55,000 - $60,000
Description
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead construction projects through all phases, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify and address risks, delays, and conflicts through proactive problem-solving.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Oversee project documentation, change orders, and approvals to ensure contract compliance.
- 3 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
