Description :
The Sales Administration Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing sales processes, building strong relationships with sales engineers, representatives, and customers. This role ensures seamless order processing, delivery coordination, and payment tracking while actively participating in meetings and implementing improvements in sales operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of sales administration, including order processing, payment tracking, and shipment coordination.
- Manage order entries, acknowledgments, production schedules, and shipment updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Represent the sales team during Weekly Production Review and Biweekly Factory Loading Meetings, providing updates and ensuring follow-through.
- Serve as the department's JDEs system representative, optimizing processes and providing technical support.
- Collaborate with the sales team during customer visits, assisting with product presentations, witness testing, and plant tours.
- Address account or project-specific issues and resolve them effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on product strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to support business growth.
- Handle warranty claims by coordinating with the warranty department for efficient resolution.
- Disseminate sales and technical updates to representatives and customers.
- Support the cost accounting team by assisting with order costing and review.
- Maintain and update the company website periodically.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
