What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Coordinator position at TTG/WPM Real Estate Management?

WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers. This is an in-office, full time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

***The pay rate for this position is between $22.00 - $25.00 hourly, based on experience***

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compose and respond to a large and heavy volume of calls and emails
  • Regularly respond to requests from residents and Board Members on various management services
  • Coordinate bulk/mass mailings and email blasts
  • Maintain electronic filing system for the communities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred:
  • At least 2 years of Association Management industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required

  • Skills Required:
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook required. PowerPoint & Access helpful, but not required)
    • Knowledge of Vantaca Web Based Property Management software a plus
    • Able to work independently and within a team environment
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and great time management skills
    • Able work under pressure, meet deadlines and work in a very fast paced environment
    • Problem solver, independent thinker and self-starter
    • Professional letter writing with good spelling and grammar required
    • Able to manage multiple schedules, projects and expectations

Experience

Preferred
  • Current Association management experience desired, but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SenEarthCo software a plus, but not required
