What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Assistant position at TTGI The Tolliver Group Inc?
This position will work close to support TTGI’s Talent Management and Acquisition process, specifically working to support the various tasks that go into identifying, on-boarding, and retaining staff with the level of engagement expected with the TTGI culture. Typical tasking will include following up on applications, interviews and offers, supporting on-boarding tasks prior to and on the first day, and being the initial point of contact for daily HR requests typically received.
In addition to HR functions, this position will provide administrative support across other business operation areas, including facilities and information technology. These tasks will typically include ordering supplies, facilitating meetings, and other tasks that may arise.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and resident of the Huntsville area (this position is on-site, in person only with some flexibility when needed)
- Preferred candidate will have administrative experience supporting a broad range of areas while working in a customer facing role
- Demonstrate experience and proficiency with MS Office Products
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an ability to be comfortable working through challenging situations
