Project Manager – Environmental Construction and Contracting
TTI Environmental, Inc. is an integrated environmental services contractor and consulting firm. TTI services government, industrial, commercial, academic, financial, and private clients nationwide and is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey. TTI is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Project Manager in the Construction and Contracting Division.

Compensation :
75,000-$100,000 annually commensurate with credentials, knowledge, and experience.Position Overview :
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and successful completion of projects while ensuring alignment with company policies, strategies, commitments, and goals. This position oversees projects within TTI’s Construction and Contracting Division, including :
Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank ServicesRemedial ServicesCompliance and TestingEnvironmental ConstructionThe Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project / Practice Management :
Develop and manage project work plans, adapting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.Oversee daily project operations and scope management.Review team deliverables before submission to clients.Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.Mitigate project risks and minimize company exposure.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.Project Accounting :
Contract management, invoicing, change directives, and cost requests.Manage project budgets and ensure financial health.Recognize revenue appropriately and oversee accurate invoicing.Analyze project financials, including profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.Financial Management :
Understand revenue models, P&L, and cost-to-completion projections, making informed decisions.Apply pricing models and billing procedures effectively.Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, and utilization.Ensure completion and signing of legal project documents.Business Development :
Identify business development opportunities related to projects.Lead proposal efforts, including project scoping and level-of-effort assessments.Develop estimates in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and request for proposals.Effectively communicate value propositions in written and verbal business development discussions.Build relationships with potential clients to secure future opportunities.Technical Understanding :
Maintain a general understanding of tank management, environmental construction, and contracting, remediation, and compliance services.Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their applicability.Maintain personal and professional industry certifications.Leadership :
Foster leadership development among team members while serving as a mentor.Align project tasks with team members’ career development goals.Encourage team excellence and identify improvement opportunities.Manage innovative change processes effectively.Teamwork :

Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.Build strong relationships with client personnel to foster trust and collaboration.Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships.Requirements :
2 years of experience in environmental contracting / construction services, including tank management, remediation, decommissioning, and new fueling systems construction.5 years of project management experience.Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related field, such as construction management or engineering a bonus.Familiarity with ProCore project management software preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Project, and Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license.TTI is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.
